You don't need to stop and restart CrystalVoice to change the setting, you can change it 'per calling location'. Here are the instructions:
 
Open you CrystalVoice Gui.
Select 'Options'.
Select 'Network'.
Select 'Satellite'
Select 'Apply'
Select 'OK'
